Love is the “most powerful” medicine, and separating from those we love is one of the greatest pains for a human being… even if we only separate for an hour or a day… Every time we part is like experiencing “abandonment,” and so the antidote is to fill ourselves with memories to be able to “see” and “relive” them when we are alone and there is emptiness.
“And I’ll Miss You” is the need and urgency to narrate an “absence” that enlarges the heart, instead of squeezing it into a mood that is only poignant…
